Can I change or cancel my order?

You will not be able to add or remove items once your order has been submitted.

Once the order has been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel it.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Macau, Netherlands, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Solomon Islands, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Vanuatu, Vietnam.

How much is shipping?

For Australian orders, there is $10 flat rate shipping. For orders from AUD $120 and up (after any discounts and promotions), we offer free standard shipping.

For NZ orders from AUD $180 and up (after any discounts and promotions), we offer free standard shipping.

For international orders, shipping depends on the size of your order and will be shown at checkout. Shipping fee does not include customs or duty fees. The customer is responsible for any fees or customs charges specific to the destination country.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Yes, we use Australia Post to deliver our orders, so we accept PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers as delivery addresses for all Australian orders.

Can I add a Traditional Place name to my shipping address?

Yes! If you want to add your Traditional Place name to your shipping address, please add the Traditional Place name before the first line of your street address.

For example, 'QODA Dance, Woiworung and Boonwurrung Country, PO Box 28021, Docklands VIC 8012'.

For those based in Australia, if you don't know your Traditional Place name but wish to find out, we encourage you to have a look at the AIATSIS Map as a guide.

How long is delivery?

We understand that high shipping fees can be frustrating, therefore we use Australia Post's standard post service for all orders.

For Australian orders, they should generally take between 2 to 10 business days after they are dispatched.

For New Zealand orders, they should generally take between 8 to 12 business days after they are dispatched. Other international destinations may take longer.

These are subject to any disruptions experienced by Australia Post and your distance from main cities.

Can I exchange or return items?

We accept returns within 21 days of items being delivered, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and the tags are intact.

If you wish to return an item, please email qoda.dance@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Receipt number
  • Description of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Photos of any manufacturing defects
  • Reason for the return

Once your return request is accepted, you will receive a shipping label for you to send the item back to us. Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

If the item is returned because of a manufacturing defect or you have received the wrong item, we will issue a full refund (save for the original shipping fee) and you can return the item to us for free.

If you are returning the item because of any other reason, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee.

Refunds will be processed after we have received the returned items from you.

Unfortunately, as all our items are limited stock only, we are unable to offer exchanges at this stage.
