Shipping policy

For Australian orders, there is AUD$10 flat rate shipping. For orders from AUD$120 and up (after any discounts and promotions), we offer free standard shipping.

For New Zealand orders from AUD$180 and up (after any discounts and promotions), we offer free shipping.

For international orders, shipping depends on the size of your order and will be shown at checkout. Shipping fee does not include customs or duty fees. The customer is responsible for any fees or customs charges specific to the destination country.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders, so we accept PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers as delivery addresses for all Australian orders.
